I've owned 4 VIZIO TVs. While I liked the TVs, I wasn't impressed with VIZIO's customer service. One of their smart TVs refused to update over my 3G connection. There was no option to download the updates and install them via USB.
Customer service's attitude was sort of too bad, is there anything else I can help you with.
