Some kind of rodent built nests and ate the wiring and vacuum lines in my 2007 F350 engine compartment. Three times to the tune of $400-500 each time. Finally found Critter Ridder at Home Depot and sprayed all my wiring and vacuum lines and no more problems. But you have to have access to the wiring to spray it.
