It's like anything else, an educated consumer is the best customer. I personally know some of the Thousand Trails membership specialists. They're not like the proverbial car salesman in our experience. Any time I'm ready to quit RVing, I can sell my membership. IMO, I don't think a person reading contradicting comments I see here will be very informed.
