When we all registered for the rally, we were given a choice of three different days to arrive for the rally, September 7th, 8th, or 9th. Unfortunately, there are no other options due to the amount of time the Wagon Master Team and Key Coordinators have available to set up the Fairgrounds. We have less than 36 hours to prepare for the first early arrivals on the 7th.

There is another RV rally that takes place just prior to our rally. This rally does not need to vacate their campsites until September 5th by noon. The Fairgrounds then needs time to clean and regroup following the 650 campers that just departed from the previous rally. Except for the few that have already made a reservation with the Fairgrounds to arrive on September 6th, we cannot accommodate any additional attendees arriving prior to September 7th.

Important!
If you decide to extend your stay beyond September 16th, you will need to make those reservation, directly with the Fairgrounds office.

I hope you can all understand that we want to put together one of the best MOC Annual North American Fall Rally and we could not do this without your total cooperation and understanding.
