As another has suggested, you definitely need to notify your insurance company. They can cover anything the other driver’s insurance won’t. Plus your insurance company will go after her to cover those damages not covered by her insurance. You don’t have to do that, your insurance company should . Also, keep track of you mileage that you travel when trying to take care of your trailer claim, and any other expenses directly related to the repair of your trailer. You can submit it to her insurance for reimbursement. Make sure repairs are done by qualified people. You do not have to have any repairs done by anyone but who you choose. Stay on top of it and document everything in writing, including telephone conversations. Follow up the conversation with an email confirming what was discussed. Good luck and hope you can get some quick repairs.
