Try connecting your 7 way cable with your truck running (2016, F350, you have to press the brake pedal once to activate the relay to send 12vdc down the wire for charging the rv battery). Then try the hydraulic system.

If you have jumper cables, you can connect them directly from the truck to the house battery.

If you are hitching, I have dual batteries in the truck. While the truck is running, carefully disconnect and remove one battery. Wrap the positive cable to prevent it shorting to the body of the truck. Take this battery and operate your hydraulic system. Put everything back when you are done.
Take the bad battery to the auto parts store for testing.
If you boondock a lot think about upgrading to lithium batteries.
