Thanks for the feedback everyone! I raised the side and was able to get grease into one of the two fittings. Then I raised the back a bit (love the Level Up system!) and forced some grease into the fitting, then it flowed easily. I really appreciate the suggestions and will probably grease them more often (it's our first year with the new rig) and hopefully the grease will simply flow now. I will also have to check the orientation of the hole to see if it's at the 3/9 o'clock position or close to it. But I'll do that in the spring when it's warmer than the 28 degrees this morning.
