Have you ever looked at the batteries or checked the water levels? Bought a new trailer a few years back and told them I wanted dual batteries. Never opened the boxes, just saw the 2nd one there and the cabling. A while later I began to have issues with the lights dimming etc. so pulled all the stuff to get to the batteries; both dead and one with bulged sides. The dealer had installed what looked like a new battery as the original for sale but when I said I wanted 2 batteries, it appeared they must have found an old Camco covered in grease and gook and dropped it in. Cannibalized and killed the new one.

It sounds as if your batteries may have been one of the primary issues all along but something else to consider is once a battery is depleted 100% it loses approx. 83-88% of its recharge capabilities going forward. I do my best to not let any of my batteries completely die, but if they do, I replace them.
