You lost or broke your spring eye bolt and bushing causing your axle to dog track or skew while on the road. That one tire ... you can nearly see the air in it!!! I'd not move till it's fixed. If you are handy with tools, you can put a new bolt and bushing in with a jack and a large C Clamp. With tires wearing as shown ... it could still be a camber issue after it's all back together. The bolt is special with a serrated head and a locknut on the inside. Check the welds on that spring hangar bracket welded to your frame too.
