Well, if you can't quickly locate the Lippert part(s), a grade 8 nut and bolt should give you a temp fix. If you're in a CG, sit on the ground by the axle with a hydraulic jack and a puzzled look on your face and someone with the skills may offer to help. After the permanent fix, get it aligned so you don't ruin the new tires.
