The shakel bolt and bushing failed.Take a look at the morride heavy duty spring shakels with wet bolts they are worth it .. replace all as previously mentioned. It happens. A mobile repair person should be able to get you back on the road and put the spare on till you can get another tire. I have to believe the opposite side tire on same axel is shot as well
