Welcome to the forum! A couple of things you will need for sure are skirting and a house sized propane tank. Also, the 30amps that most generators provide may not be enough for your needs as your rig is 50amps. Running the fridge and the water heater on propane will help, but again you'll need a bigger propane supply or have to make a lot of refill trips and sooner or later run out of heat in the middle of the night.
