Our 2021 has an hdmi cable from tv to the stereo. It was doing nothing as it was wired from the factory because it was in the wrong hdmi port on the tv. One port (number 1 I think) is marked HDMI ARC. If you plug to that port and set the source on your stereo to HDMI ARC you will get better audio from the stereo thru the speaker system (not great audio but much better and louder than thru the tv speakers).
