Trailer Skirt

Hello Everbody,
Myself and Brenda are planning on spending the Winter in W.V. in the 3295RK and I am sure others have asked these questions. This is all contingent on staying employed in this area. As I see it the main problem will be keeping warm and keeping pipes from freezing. We plan on keeping our trailer at one site so we would like to add some type of skirting. Also do they sell preassembled water hose with a heater and insulation. We only need around 10' length. Has anyone found larger propane tanks that fit inside compartments and how long will the propane last? Should you worry about the weight of ice and snow on slide outs? When you dump do the lines freeze? Should they have heat tape also?
The experience should be interesting but if I do get laid off the first thing we will do is hook up "Tana" and head to Texas. Thanks for reply's.
