Just wondering if anyone has actually measured the difference in fuel mileage with that extra 500lbs of water on board.
We usually carry 1/2 to 3/4 F/W for rest stops. Empty grey tank and leave black tank if it's 1/3 or below for slosh action. F/W tank does not add to the payload so I don't worry about that.
