Thanks for reminding me to ask for pics of repair. I don't mean to sound like a grouch but I'm frustrated. This is my second Keystone product with MAJOR issues. They handled the first very well so I gave them another chance. Shame on me. Actually, it is my third new Keystone product I've purchased.
