Had the same issue with our 331RL and it had blown in around a dirty bed slide seal and ran along the edge of the slideout. Only figured it out when we went to move and the end of the slide was a wall-thickness past the wet spot.
Also, was it raining before you brought in the slides? It could be runoff from the slide roof.
