Do you leave the hose out or coil it back up after each dump? If you leave it out, you could disconnect it at the trailer end, raise it up a few feet and then walk the hose out, lifting it up as you go. That should drain it the same as your sewer hose. Any water that is left in the hose after that won't hurt if it does freeze. Just leave it disconnected until next time. I'm guessing that you don't leave the pump outside anyway.
