The potluck dinner will be in the big tent Sunday 9/24. Set up from 5-5:30 pm with dinner from 5:30-8 pm.
We will be providing plates, plastic-ware and napkins. If you want to bring your own silverware feel free to do so. However everyone must use the plates we are providing no trays.
We currently have almost 200 people registered for the rally so we need everyone to participate in bringing food. When getting your servings please remember those that will be at the end of the line. When everyone has been served you are welcome to go back.
We need help for the set up and clean up.
