Right, that's why I said "I believe," because I didn't know what wheels he actually had. I would be remiss had I made a recommendation to go to 110psi if his wheels couldn't handle it. So, as you've stated, it appears his wheels can handle G-rated tires at 110psi. OTOH, he could run at a lower psi if his load is not maxxed out, or choose to run at max tire rating, 110psi, as some folks do. The OP also asked about metal valve stems, to which the answer is yes.
