I'm of the opinion it's your power cord. If you do not have another cord, perhaps you could talk to one of your fellow camping neighbors and see if they would be willing to unplug for a few minutes and you could check with their cord. If their cord works OK, give it back to them, give them a beer and a big Thank-you, and then hit the closest RV parts store in your location and get a new cord. If it were me, that's what I'd do.
