You can remove the shade with a flat blade screwdriver by putting it between the bottom of the shade and the clip, and twist it. Reinstall by getting the top in place first and then push the bottom until the clips snap into place. I've already replaced 2 spring adjustment wheels. It's pretty simple once you get into it.
