Tire wear
My 2019 42’ Alpine had wear like that at about the same mileage you have. First thing I did was swap the tire to the other axle. I made an appt with a local shop that specializes in axle alignment for trailers and commercial vehicles. Cost be $500, the shop owner said it was of the more difficult axle repairs he’s done. I replaced the tires on both axles and after 2K miles, the nubs on the tread from the mfg process are disappearing evenly as the tires wear.
