Awnings & Storms
Went out early this morning with my coffee and wound up needing to facilitate a rescue. Neighbors were still puttering around inside their camper and didn't know they couldn't even get out their door. Storm had broken their awning tube in half. Got the debris away from their door enough to get them in and out their door, but will need to go back once the rain stops with our Little Giant style ladder and a utility knife to cut loose what's left of the awning. Just hope someone would have done the same for us.
Folks if you know you are going to leave on a day trip or that there is stormy weather predicted overnight, PLEASE bring in all your awnings.
