You can buy a gearbox/motor combo or just a gear box. They are simple to put together. There's a fairly easy way to make sure the adjustment is right if you remove the cable assembly from the gear box correctly. I would watch a couple videos on the subject. I wouldn't remove the cables from the chain (which is what I did the first time). Just loosen the center nut enough to slip the chains off of the gears...that way you shouldn't have to retune each cable.

Look as some videos and pics and it should make sense.
