FOLKS you need to register via computer or via I-pad. Trying to register via using your phone will not work as far as I know. If you don't have a computer go to someplace that has one and use it to register or ask someone close to you if they can register for you. If I am wrong I'm sure someone here will let me know!
I stand corrected-- I guess it is possible to register for the Fall Rally on your IPhone. Last Fall Rally it was quite difficult to do so, this other system that is being used this year is more up to date or what ever you want to call it! LOL
