We thought they were silly until our First SnowBird adventure for three months. Lost a few shirts due to oil/grease or something inside CG washers. Granted not expensive shirts, just the thought that something more important could be ruined. Ordered a Vented Combo Washer/Dryer on the way home that spring. Put another Combo in our second unit and now have the Stacked Washer & Dryer since this unit has a specific cabinet for them.
