Once I have all requests compiled and sites assigned, I will provide your site numbers and reservation call in instructions via PM (private message). At that time you will call in to the local KOA reservation system and provide your deposit info.

The cancellation policy for refund is 48 hours and a $10 fee.

Some people have requested early arrival (17th or 18th). The Rally sites are blocked from June 19, 2018 (arrival) to June 27, 2018 (departure). If you want to arrive early, you can make a request at time of reservation. The KOA will try to put you on your Rally site, but there is no guarantee. (Just like at the National)

Do Not Call the KOA until you are provided your site number and instructed to call a specific reservation number. When you call in, your name and site number will already be loaded in the Local Reservation System.
