I would also have a dealer address it. When our 2017 was new, we had a piece of metal that lined the edge of the plywood come loose and poke on the roof material. I was advised that Keystone wouldn't approve the repair unless and until it damaged the roof material so I paid for the repair myself. It was simple as you suspect and only cost me about $150 but having it repaired by a dealer and knowing future issues would be covered was worth the money.
