Just my $.02. A residential toilet is plumbed two ways. The pex connection is the easy part. They also are plumbed for the discharge. I don’t believe you can seal the base to the black tank. Which will potentially leave you with an uninhabitable situation. I would think twice before doing this. Also, if you are planning on just leaving it sit on a site it is different than if you plan on traveling.
