I am 100% certain he is correct. I have been under my unit with all of the coroplast covering off and there's a part number on my freshwater tank. I Googled it and it's a 50 gallon tank with a stated 66 gallon capacity from Keystone. So that 66 gallon definitely includes the water heater and any water in the lines
