We traveled from Pa to Ca this past June. No problems at all. Only reservation we had was at the Grand Canyon, the rest were made as we traveled. Crowd were low too. We spent 2 weeks at the shore this year too with no problems. There was only one time that we wanted to stay at a place a few weeks ago and they were booked. Another camp ground that one of our friends have a permanent place has all of their spots taken by the gas well people.
