At the time of booking, you will be charged a $21 non-refundable registration fee plus 50% of your total invoice.
Cancellations occurring 14 nights or more prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund minus the $21 registration fee.
Cancellations occurring between 14 and 7 nights prior to your arrival date will receive a 50% refund of initial deposit, again minus the $21.
Cancellations occurring 7 nights or fewer prior to arrival date forfeit entire deposit.
