Jack's popping are a common problem due to weather changes. Lippert has a document that outlines the issue and what to do. You can even call them and they will talk you through it. You don't have to use auto leveling, which I think is a pain in the butt. You can manual level just by turning power on the level panel, hit the up arrow, then it enter. The panel will say that you are now in manual mode and you can raise or lower the front Jack's, or do other Jack's. But as I said first, this is a known issue. Following the advice of lippert or this panel of users to pull out some of the fluid and replace it with the fork oil per lippert AND cycle the hydraulics to mix the fluid in the lines will greatly reduce the popping situation. Good luck.
