We have a 3121RL with a similar problem. Powered off to reset the In- command system which has its problems and when the 50 amp was turned on NO POWER. 12 volt worked but the inverter showed 12.8 V but the frig or 110 outlets dedicated to solar/ batteries do not work. Any ideas or help appreciated. Near Corpus Christi TX , far from home and now in a hotel.
