I went to Sutherlands (other stores also have them) and bought 3 mobile home floor vents that have the small arm that closes the louvers like in your stick house. The mobile home vents are the same size as the ones in our fivers. Anyways ... helps in the summer to reduce stuff that drops in the floor vents as well as reduces cold air that seeps out the floor ducting. I've also successfully used the magnetic covers on the vents that don't get walked over.
