I don't know about "best", but many of us have the TST 507 monitors and are very happy with them. User replaceable batteries. Sensors come in either standard or flow thru type. The flow thru type allow you to add/remove air without removing the sensor from the valve stem. I have the standard type. No problem since I have only had to add a couple pounds of air at the start of each new travel season, and nothing else the rest of the season. And I remove the sensors during the winter anyway.
