Hi Jim, West bound Monroe Street (County Hwy 34) is closed. East bound is open. So you can turn from US 33 onto Monroe and make it to the Fairgrounds. However, going from the Fairgrounds and going west into Goshen (let's say to go to WalMart) the road is closed. Save travels and see you soon.
