After checking your battery disconnect switch in the convenience center, make sure you can't remove the red key, then put a meter on your battery and plugged into shore power you should read 13.4 vdc. Your converter should be behind your fuse panel. While looking at thev fuse panel, make sure the the four large blade style fuses aren't blown.
