The installs that I have seen are in the pass-thru bay. But let's assume it is in the Gen bay. Why no 3rd AC?
I spoke to a couple of installers. They suggested getting the Gen and AC and let them deal with where to put the components.
I would give up a bit of space under the bed for the batteries. Then the rest of it can be in the pass-thru.
