Tom: Replacing the integrated converter is easy. Obviously disconnect all 12V and 120V power, disconnect the AC 120V power wires to the converter, disconnect the 12V wires to the batteries, remove 4 screws and the converter slides out. Reconnect the wires to the new unit, slide it in and screw it down. All done.
