We have purchase two RVlocks. First off FB on sale for half off. Buyer beware! But didn’t listen. It arrived and installed and worked great for about a week. And the. It failed. Tried to call for help from number on the box but no answer. Disconnected. Upon closer look there was No Lions head imprinted on the door lock. The RVLock logo. Upon calling the RVLock company on the internet I discovered it was a clone/fake RVLock. I ordered the real RVLock and quickly installed and have been very happy. Great product, but do not go for the cheap knock off!
