Do not trust any manufacture's specs. They are not right. I have no idea where they get there #s from.
As for length, I look at it this way, if your unit was to be put in a box, what is the smallest box it would fit into.
Keystones specs or our 3455sa are 37 foot 4 inches. I measured it with a tape and its 38 foot 11 inches from tip of pin box to rear of ladder.
Some of the specs say its 13 foot 4 tall. Its only 12 foot 10
