I usually open all 3 doors and screw in the big screw knob behind the doors. This keeps them from closing completely. Our rig came with another screw knob that has a very short bolt in it. I was told that was what we were supposed to use, but it allows the doors to nearly close, leaving only a small crack open. The larger screw in knob holds the doors away from the fridge and open enough to prevent mold.
I also use the Damp Rid system with the drop in tablets. One on the kitchen island, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. These seem to last much longer than the small pre-made ones.
