Don - we removed one of ours a couple weeks ago as a latch broke and somewhere in travel the door slammed and cracked the mirror. I had to take off the two framing strips, a small moulding strip and then a much wider trim....both came off easily. I then had to remove screws from the back of the mirror. Got it out with no problem except took some patience, and now it's in getting repaired.
