Shout out and thanks to Keystone, especially Bettina Rogers and Andrea Muir. At the national rally, as those who attended know, Keystone graciously offers to repair a couple items during the rally, time permitting. Well for my items, the parts were on backorder. Keystone offered to send them to me. Due to some global supply chain issues, the parts continued to be back ordered. Andrea and Bettina patiently worked with me to keep me informed and worked around my travel schedule. I received the parts today in Florida! I am a grateful to Keystone for the extra efforts, they certainly exceeded my expectations.
