A VERY appreciative CCS rep picked up all our donations. They will be providing a recap in the near future, which I will post. Along with the groceries, there was $185 in cash ($173 from pretzel sales which Lisa Moutinho organized!) and a $10 Meijer gift card.
We also were able to send leftover trays of salads & chicken to Faith Mission of Elkhart.
Your donations this year went above and beyond my expectations! So many people in the Goshen/Elkhart area will benefit from your generosity.
CCS called to say we had 900 pounds of food & personal items donated this year! (2017 was 435 pounds & 2018 was 565 pounds) Outstanding! This should supply their food bank for 3-4 weeks
