Hello All,

Here’s a quick update. The rally is getting closer! We have 3 coordinator spots left. I’ll give some details about each of them. Coordinating these activities will not interfere with others! Whether you are a first timer, a second timer, or a long time attendee, these activities are not difficult to coordinate. You could even co-coordinate with another couple. Fun times! You would receive all the directions/information you need and the team’s support.

Pet Parade - One time activity

Post for a few judges, watch the parade route, judge, and hand out the prizes. With the help of the team, we will have the prizes ready to go. Be ready to smile, laugh, and be amazed!


AM Poker -

Post for a couple of helpers (I heard we already have a couple.), collect money, record the cards picked by players for a few mornings. It takes place before sessions.
Mr. Coffee will have fresh coffee ready for you!

Building Clean Up-

This should really be called Building Touch Up or Spiffy Up. All activities have a team that makes sure the rooms are in great shape, so really it’s a matter of fixing a few chairs out of place, maybe remove a few left behind water bottles , sweep a spot , a quick wipe of the tables, and check the trash and recycling. Post for some helpers, could take turns to make it easier. Just make sure the building is ready for the AM, a general walk through.
