We winterized our 3100RL last week. We experienced the same issue with the pump not drawing antifreeze from the jug. We found that if you open one of the faucets (bath, kitchen, doesn't matter) it started sucking the antifreeze in. It seems the pump won't pull from the winterize port until there is demand for fluid. Just my 2 cents.
