Tom I would need to look at the label to be certain but I would be almost positive it is the cleaner degreaser. I know it's not citrus. Like I said I've used it for 40 years. It's as good a tire cleaner as made and it's cheap.
Get a jug try it. If it doesn't do what I said call and I will send your money back. And no I don't have anything to do with the company.
